Embassy Covenant Church International ("Embassy," "we," "us") collects only the information you voluntarily provide through site forms — name, email, phone, prayer requests, testimony submissions, and visit-planning details. We also collect anonymous traffic analytics through Plausible / Google Analytics (no personal identifiers).
How we use your information
We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver pastoral care, send the formation email you opted into, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
Forms & integrations
Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and routed to the relevant Embassy ministry. Newsletter sign-ups flow into Constant Contact. Member self-service forms route through Church Center.
Cookies
We use minimal session cookies and standard analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing core site functionality.
Children's privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 13. Any Kingdom Kids records that require parental information are handled through Church Center under parental consent.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting embassy@embassycovenant.org.
