The ECCI Executive Board and the ECCI Presbytery govern Embassy Covenant Church International — every ECCI campus and hub, including Embassy Metro Detroit, sits under their authority. Each body carries a distinct mandate so that doctrine, pastoral responsibility, administration, and fiduciary accountability remain clear.

The ECCI Presbytery
The ECCI Presbytery carries apostolic order, doctrinal oversight, spiritual care, and the stewardship of the ascension gifts across every ECCI campus and hub. It sits above campus-level presbyteries like the EMD Presbytery.

The ECCI Presbytery is a working body of recognized apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, ministers of helps, and elders — walking in relationship, accountability, and covenant order under the covering of Bishop Hugh Daniel Smith, our Lead Apostle. It governs Embassy Covenant Church International — above every ECCI campus and hub.
Membership on the ECCI Presbytery is not honorary. Every member carries a specific pastoral, apostolic, or prophetic mandate within the life of Embassy Covenant Church International. Campuses like Embassy Metro Detroit also carry a local presbytery — distinct from the ECCI body.

Executive Office of the Apostle
The apostolic seat of governance for Embassy Covenant Church International and its national operations. The lead voice and primary theological authority of the house.

Operational leadership across all campuses, staff, and ministry functions. The day-to-day stewardship of Embassy's institutional life.

Whole-person health, wellness, and biblical stewardship of the body across the covenant community of Embassy Nation.

Stewards Embassy's engagement with agriculture, land, and food systems as a Kingdom mandate — from community gardening to the theology of the earth.
