We are excited to gather for our upcoming ECCI Congress Leadership Retreat, a special one-day experience designed for the people who help carry the work of Embassy.
Throughout the day, we’ll create space for spiritual strengthening, leadership development, practical equipping, meaningful connection, and greater alignment as we continue building together.

Who Can Attend
Space at the Harmonie Club is limited, so this year we are only able to accommodate members of the Embassy Congress — our confirmed ministers and leaders currently serving across Embassy.
If you’re a member of the Congress, you are invited. If you’re unsure whether your current role qualifies, please reach out to your Sheepfold Pastor or the Embassy office before registering.
Registration
Registration is required — because seats are limited and prepared in advance, we’re unable to accommodate walk-ins this year. Please register ahead of time so we can plan the day well for every leader in the room.
Registration closes Sunday, September 20 at the end of the day.
If your plans change after you register, we would be grateful if you let the Embassy office know at embassy@embassycovenant.org or (947) 777-0797 so we can free your seat for another leader who is waiting.
Parking & Getting There
You can now use SpotHero to reserve your parking space in advance. We strongly encourage every leader to book ahead.
How to reserve your parking:
- Open the SpotHero link.
- Enter the venue address: 311 East Grand River Avenue, Detroit, MI
- Set your estimated arrival and departure window: 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Choose your preferred parking option and complete your reservation.
Important travel reminder: There is a Detroit Tigers game taking place on the same day as the ECCI Congress Leadership Retreat, which may bring increased traffic, congestion, and limited parking availability in the area. Please plan ahead and leave early so you have plenty of time for traffic, parking, and walking to the venue. We want everyone to arrive safely and on time so we can begin the retreat together — without delays.
