The Office of the Executive Pastor carries two distinct mandates.
At the ECCI / national level, Dr. Jacqueline Lawler serves as Executive Pastor across Embassy Covenant Church International — the operational leader across every campus and function, the connective tissue between Executive Board offices, and the institutional cadence that keeps the nation aligned.
At Embassy Metro Detroit, she serves as the operations and logistics lead of the flagship campus — the systems, the schedule, the facilities, the operating rhythm. Her pastoral expression at EMD is leader development: discipling and developing the staff and ministry leaders who carry the day-to-day pastoral care of the flock.
Both mandates operate under the covering of Bishop Hugh Daniel Smith and Pastor Letha Smith. One officer, two seats: national operational leadership and campus operations + leader development held together.
