My Passion

Kyleen shares, “I am passionate about the career progression and development of black professionals in the US and Europe. As black professionals in corporate America work through a history of microaggressions and microinvalidations in the workplace, it is my goal to bring awareness, empower them, advocate for them, give them exposure, and provide opportunities for them to bring their voices to the table.”

I help them understand the nonprofit structure and importance of proper governance. I also assist them in building outcome-driven program plans to help them attract supporters and funders. I work with organizations throughout the US and they find me through word of mouth referrals.”
